Resumo: Neste trabalho buscamos analisar a Crítica da Faculdade de Julgar (KU) de Immanuel Kant, focando-se na segunda introdução, na Analítica do Belo e na subsequente Dedução do Juízo de Gosto. Nosso objetivo é investigar a estrutura do juízo estético acerca do belo, analisando seus quatro momentos (qualidade, quantidade, relação, modalidade), e a justificação transcendental (dedução) de sua pretensão à validade universal subjetiva. A metodologia empregada é a análise conceitual e exegética da obra kantiana. Os resultados nos revelam que o juízo de gosto puro é caracterizado como estético e desinteressado (qualidade) postula uma universalidade subjetiva sem conceito (quantidade) baseia-se na forma da finalidade sem um fim determinado (relação) e reivindica uma necessidade exemplar condicionada a um sentido comum (modalidade). A dedução, por sua vez, legitima a pretensão de validade universal do juízo de gosto ao fundamentá-la nas condições subjetivas a priori do livre jogo harmonioso entre imaginação e entendimento, condição esta necessária à cognição em geral e, portanto, universalmente comunicável. Conclui-se, portanto, que o juízo de gosto assim como concebido por Kant articula a experiência estética subjetiva com uma exigência de validade universal, justificada transcendentalmente pela partilha das mesmas faculdades cognitivas, demonstrando o papel crucial da faculdade de julgar como mediadora no sistema filosófico kantiano.
Abstract: This work seeks to analyze Immanuel Kant??s Critique of the Power of Judgment (KU), focusing on the second introduction, the Analytic of the Beautiful, and the subsequent Deduction of the Judgment of Taste. Our main objective is to investigate the structure of the aesthetic judgment concerning the beautiful, analyzing its four moments (quality, quantity, relation, modality), and the transcendental justification (deduction) of its claim to universal subjective validity. The methodology employed is the conceptual and exegetical analysis of Kant??s work. The results reveal that the pure judgment of taste is characterized as aesthetic and disinterested (quality) it postulates a subjective universality without a concept (quantity) it is based on the form of finality without a determined end (relation) and it claims an exemplary necessity conditioned by a common sense (modality). The deduction, in turn, legitimizes the claim to universal validity of the judgment of taste by grounding it in the a priori subjective conditions of the harmonious free play between imagination and understanding, a condition necessary for cognition in general and therefore universally communicable. It is concluded, therefore, that the Kantian judgment of taste articulates subjective aesthetic experience with a demand for universal validity, transcendentally justified by the shared structure of cognitive faculties, demonstrating the crucial role of the power of judgment as a mediator in Kant??s philosophical system.
