Resumo: A preservação do patrimônio histórico depende da documentação adequada das edificações e do registro sistemático de suas condições de conservação. Nesse contexto, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo realizar o levantamento e o mapeamento das patologias presentes na fachada da Casa da Cultura ??Sílvio do Amaral Bi Moreira??, localizada no município de Lavras (MG), utilizando a metodologia Historic Building Information Modeling (HBIM) como suporte à documentação patrimonial. Inicialmente, foi desenvolvida uma revisão bibliográfica sobre patrimônio histórico, manifestações patológicas em edificações, mapa de danos, metodologia BIMHBIM e utilização do Archicad. Posteriormente, realizou-se levantamento de campo por meio de inspeções visuais, registros fotográficos e conferência dimensional da edificação. As informações coletadas embasaram a modelagem tridimensional da construção no software, permitindo a representação geométrica do edifício e a inserção das patologias identificadas. Abstract: The preservation of cultural heritage buildings depends on proper documentation and the organized recording of their conservation conditions. In this context, this study aimed to survey and map the pathologies identified on the façade of the Casa da Cultura ??Sílvio do Amaral Bi Moreira??, located in Lavras, Minas Gerais, Brazil, using the Historic Building Information Modeling (HBIM) methodology as support for heritage documentation. Initially, a literature review was carried out on historical heritage, pathological manifestations in buildings, damage mapping, BIMHBIM methodology, and the use of Archicad. Subsequently, fieldwork was conducted through visual inspections, photographic records, and dimensional verification of the building. The collected information supported the three-dimensional modeling of the construction in the software, allowing the geometric representation of the building and the insertion of the identified pathologies. The damage map was developed from the two-dimensional representation of the pathological manifestations, which were later linked to the three-dimensional model using the Morph tool. The results showed that the integration between field survey, BIM modeling, and damage mapping enables better organization of information, spatial visualization of pathologies, and registration of the building??s conservation status. In addition, the developed model has the potential to support future maintenance, conservation, and preservation actions for cultural heritage buildings and may be replicated in other buildings.
